Parents- Myrtle and Louis Ballard. Both were killed in a freak Crawk attack when Gracie was 3. She barely remembers the incident but didn't go unaffected by it. She was practically raised by her older brother Dmitri.

Siblings- Dmitri is a fighter pilot, six years older than she is. Her parents only planned to have one child so the age difference was not intentional. Gracie was an accident, but still very much loved by her family.

Appearance as a child- Gracie was a scabby little tomboy when she was younger. Not afraid to get down and dirty, she resembled a giant sewer rat. When she reached puberty she began taking care of herself, brushing her hair, wearing makeup, worrying about fashion, but still retained a certain roughness.

Job/Career- Gracie is a student at the United Earth Space Front Academy. She studies in the engineering sciences and attends several of Abacus' classes.

Love interest- She has a little bit of a crush on her mentor Abacus, and isn't afraid to flirt when given the chance.

Likes- Fashion, lipstick, boys, kissing, flirting, and dancing. Even though she's an adult, she has the tastes of a 14 year old. Strangely enough, her likes also include engines, mechanics, and building things.

Dislikes- Excessively happy people. Or at least, people who are happier than her. She's quick to become jealous and shove other people down when they get too “high on life.” Unlike her brother, she is very spiteful about her parent's death, and is a believer that with life comes great pain and loss.

Appearance- Gracie has dirty blonde hair and strong hazel eyes. She has a very forward jaw and slightly pursing lips to cover it. However, she is very pretty, and her slightly obnoxious arrogance about her looks is not misplaced. She also looks much younger than her age, closer resembling a teenager of her mannerisms.

Powers- None

Strength- Engineering. It says a lot that she's one of Abacus' top students. Abacus is not easy on his pupils despite that they're human.

Weakness- Gracie thinks very highly of herself and regards many people around her as being lower than her standards. She can also be a little too outgoing for their own good and seems to cause trouble on purpose just to stir up drama.
